Tell White House: EPA Authority Over CO2 Must Not Be Compromised
Sadly, this isn’t an April Fool’s joke… Attacks on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) authority to regulate global warming emissions under the Clean Air Act are ongoing. There is some unnerving news from the White House on this front. While these attacks so far have mostly been in the House of Representatives, now the Senate is considering a series of amendments to block EPA action and there are reports that the White House is considering a budget compromise that would block EPA action.
